Questions and answers

Who can join?

Adults (18 and over) living in Ukraine, except in the temporarily occupied territories. Each person may register only once.

When will I receive UAH 100?

Within 5 working days of fully completing the sign-up questionnaire. The money is credited to the mobile number you give in the questionnaire; any Ukrainian operator is fine.

What rewards will I receive later?

For every completed survey, a mobile top-up or an e-gift certificate. The amount and the approximate survey length are stated in each invitation.

How often will I be invited?

It depends on our research needs. Not every survey suits everyone: we often look for people of a certain age, region or experience. Taking part in each survey is voluntary.

Why do you need my email and phone number?

Your email is used to send invitations, your phone number for invitations and reward payments. We never sell contact details, pass them to third parties for their own use, or use them for advertising. Survey results are published only in aggregate.

Do I have to pay anything?

No. Participation is free. We will never ask for payment, bank card details, PIN codes or passwords. Panel membership is not employment and does not guarantee regular income.

How do I leave the panel?

Write to survey@itccs-ukraine.org. We will stop sending invitations and delete your contact details within 30 days.

Terms of participation

Participants must be adults living in Ukraine (excluding the temporarily occupied territories). One person, one registration.
The sign-up reward is UAH 100 to a mobile account within 5 working days of a complete and conscientious questionnaire.
Questionnaires with false, contradictory or duplicate data may be rejected without a reward.
Participation is voluntary; you may leave the panel at any time by writing to survey@itccs-ukraine.org.
The panel is operated by Informinside Information Media LLC.

1. General provisions

1.1. These Terms set out the rules for participation in the online respondent panel (the “Panel”) administered by Informinside Information Media Limited Liability Company (TOV “Informatsiine media “Informinsaid”) (the “Organiser”), registered address: 16 Shota Rustaveli St., Kyiv 01001, Ukraine, email: survey@itccs-ukraine.org.

1.2. The Panel is a community of people who have voluntarily agreed to receive invitations to online surveys and to take part in them (“Participants”).

1.3. By registering with the Panel, a person confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1.4. This English text is provided for information. In case of discrepancy, the Ukrainian version prevails.

2. Eligibility

2.1. Participants must be individuals aged 18 or over who live in Ukraine, excluding the temporarily occupied territories.

2.2. Each person may register only once. Registering on behalf of another person is not allowed.

2.3. Participants undertake to provide truthful information about themselves and to inform the Organiser promptly of any change in their contact details.

3. Registration

3.1. Registration takes place by completing the sign-up questionnaire on the online survey platform linked from itccs-ukraine.org.

3.2. During registration, the Participant gives consent to the processing of personal data and provides an email address and a mobile phone number.

3.3. To receive invitations to further surveys, the Participant confirms their email address via the link in the Organiser's email.

4. Taking part in surveys

4.1. The Organiser sends survey invitations by email or to the Participant's mobile number. Each invitation states the approximate survey length and the reward.

4.2. Participation in each survey is voluntary. The Participant may decline or stop completing a questionnaire at any time.

4.3. Some surveys are intended for specific population groups. If the Participant does not meet a survey's criteria, the questionnaire may end early; in that case no reward is paid unless the invitation states otherwise.

4.4. The Participant answers questions personally and conscientiously and does not disclose survey content where the questionnaire asks them not to.

5. Rewards

5.1. For a complete and conscientious sign-up questionnaire, the Participant receives a reward of UAH 100 (one hundred hryvnias) as a top-up of the mobile account whose number is given in the questionnaire. Top-ups are available for subscribers of any Ukrainian mobile operator and are made within 5 (five) working days of completing the questionnaire.

5.2. For each completed survey, the Participant receives a reward in the form of a mobile top-up or an electronic gift certificate. The amount and form are stated in the invitation to the survey.

5.3. No reward is paid if the phone number is incorrect or does not belong to the Participant, or in the cases set out in section 6.

5.4. Panel membership is not employment and does not guarantee regular income.

5.5. The Organiser will never ask the Participant for payment, bank card details, PIN codes or passwords.

6. Response quality

6.1. The Organiser may reject a questionnaire without a reward if it is incomplete, contains contradictory or clearly false answers, was completed much faster than careful reading allows, or duplicates another questionnaire.

6.2. The Organiser may remove a Participant from the Panel for providing false information, creating multiple accounts, using automated tools to complete questionnaires or otherwise misusing the Panel.

7. Personal data

7.1. Participants' personal data are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published at itccs-ukraine.org and the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.

7.2. Participants' answers are used for research only, and results are published in aggregated form.

8. Leaving the Panel

8.1. The Participant may leave the Panel at any time by writing to survey@itccs-ukraine.org. The Organiser then stops sending invitations and deletes the Participant's contact details in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8.2. Rewards for surveys completed before leaving the Panel are paid on the usual terms.

9. Final provisions

9.1. The Organiser may amend these Terms. A new version takes effect when published at itccs-ukraine.org. Participants are notified of material changes by email.

Privacy policy

We collect only the data needed for participation: contact details (email, phone), socio-demographic information and your questionnaire answers.
Data are processed on the basis of the consent you give in the questionnaire, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.
Contact details are used for invitations, reward payments and quality control; we never sell them or pass them to third parties for their own use.
You may withdraw consent and request deletion of your contact details at any time.

1. Who processes your data

1.1. The controller of the personal data of online respondent panel members (the “Panel”) is Informinside Information Media Limited Liability Company (TOV “Informatsiine media “Informinsaid”) (the “Organiser”), registered address: 16 Shota Rustaveli St., Kyiv 01001, Ukraine.

1.2. For questions about personal data processing, write to survey@itccs-ukraine.org.

1.3. This Policy explains what data we collect, why and how we process them, and what rights you have. In case of discrepancy, the Ukrainian version prevails.

2. What data we collect

contact details: email address and mobile phone number;
socio-demographic characteristics: age, gender, region and type of settlement, education, employment and other information you provide in questionnaires;
your answers to survey questions;
technical data that may be automatically recorded by the survey platform: date and time of completion, completion time, device and browser type, IP address.

2.1. We do not collect bank card details, passwords or identity document numbers.

3. Why we process data

to send you invitations to surveys that match your profile;
to pay rewards for registration and survey participation;
to check response quality and prevent duplicate registrations;
to conduct academic and applied research and prepare aggregated analysis.

3.1. We do not use your contact details for advertising and do not sell them.

4. Legal basis

4.1. We process personal data on the basis of the consent you give in the sign-up questionnaire, in accordance with Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.

5. Who may have access to the data

5.1. For analysis, survey answers may be shared with research clients and partners, including outside Ukraine, only in de-identified form, without contact details. Research results are published only in aggregated form, without any way of identifying individual participants.

5.2. To operate the Panel we use data processors acting on our behalf: the LimeSurvey online survey platform, mobile top-up services and email delivery services. They receive only the data needed to provide their service.

5.3. The survey platform's servers may be located outside Ukraine, including in the European Union.

5.4. We may disclose data at the lawful request of competent public authorities in cases provided for by Ukrainian law.

6. How long data are kept

6.1. Contact details are kept for as long as you are a Panel member. After you leave, we delete them within 30 days (once any rewards due have been paid).

6.2. Survey answers may be kept longer in de-identified form, without contact details, for research purposes.

7. Data security

7.1. We take organisational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration: only staff who need it for their work have access to contact details, and data are transferred over secure channels.

8. Your rights

8.1. Under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, you have the right to:

know which of your data are processed, by whom and for what purpose;
have inaccurate or outdated data corrected;
withdraw consent and have your data deleted;
object to the processing of your data;
complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to a court.

8.2. To exercise these rights, write to survey@itccs-ukraine.org.

9. Minors

9.1. The Panel is intended only for people aged 18 or over. If we learn that a questionnaire was completed by a minor, we will delete their data.

10. Cookies

10.1. The itccs-ukraine.org website does not use cookies to track visitors. The survey platform may use technical cookies needed to complete the questionnaire correctly.

11. Changes to this Policy

11.1. We may update this Policy. A new version takes effect when published at itccs-ukraine.org. Participants are notified of material changes by email.
