Online respondent panel: terms of participation

1. General provisions
1.1. These Terms set out the rules for participation in the online respondent panel (the “Panel”) administered by Informinside Information Media Limited Liability Company (TOV “Informatsiine media “Informinsaid”) (the “Organiser”), registered address: 16 Shota Rustaveli St., Kyiv 01001, Ukraine, email: survey@itccs-ukraine.org.
1.2. The Panel is a community of people who have voluntarily agreed to receive invitations to online surveys and to take part in them (“Participants”).
1.3. By registering with the Panel, a person confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1.4. This English text is provided for information. In case of discrepancy, the Ukrainian version prevails.
2. Eligibility
2.1. Participants must be individuals aged 18 or over who live in Ukraine, excluding the temporarily occupied territories.
2.2. Each person may register only once. Registering on behalf of another person is not allowed.
2.3. Participants undertake to provide truthful information about themselves and to inform the Organiser promptly of any change in their contact details.
3. Registration
3.1. Registration takes place by completing the sign-up questionnaire on the online survey platform linked from itccs-ukraine.org.
3.2. During registration, the Participant gives consent to the processing of personal data and provides an email address and a mobile phone number.
3.3. To receive invitations to further surveys, the Participant confirms their email address via the link in the Organiser's email.
4. Taking part in surveys
4.1. The Organiser sends survey invitations by email or to the Participant's mobile number. Each invitation states the approximate survey length and the reward.
4.2. Participation in each survey is voluntary. The Participant may decline or stop completing a questionnaire at any time.
4.3. Some surveys are intended for specific population groups. If the Participant does not meet a survey's criteria, the questionnaire may end early; in that case no reward is paid unless the invitation states otherwise.
4.4. The Participant answers questions personally and conscientiously and does not disclose survey content where the questionnaire asks them not to.
5. Rewards
5.1. For a complete and conscientious sign-up questionnaire, the Participant receives a reward of UAH 100 (one hundred hryvnias) as a top-up of the mobile account whose number is given in the questionnaire. Top-ups are available for subscribers of any Ukrainian mobile operator and are made within 5 (five) working days of completing the questionnaire.
5.2. For each completed survey, the Participant receives a reward in the form of a mobile top-up or an electronic gift certificate. The amount and form are stated in the invitation to the survey.
5.3. No reward is paid if the phone number is incorrect or does not belong to the Participant, or in the cases set out in section 6.
5.4. Panel membership is not employment and does not guarantee regular income.
5.5. The Organiser will never ask the Participant for payment, bank card details, PIN codes or passwords.
6. Response quality
6.1. The Organiser may reject a questionnaire without a reward if it is incomplete, contains contradictory or clearly false answers, was completed much faster than careful reading allows, or duplicates another questionnaire.
6.2. The Organiser may remove a Participant from the Panel for providing false information, creating multiple accounts, using automated tools to complete questionnaires or otherwise misusing the Panel.
7. Personal data
7.1. Participants' personal data are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published at itccs-ukraine.org and the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.
7.2. Participants' answers are used for research only, and results are published in aggregated form.
8. Leaving the Panel
8.1. The Participant may leave the Panel at any time by writing to survey@itccs-ukraine.org. The Organiser then stops sending invitations and deletes the Participant's contact details in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
8.2. Rewards for surveys completed before leaving the Panel are paid on the usual terms.
9. Final provisions
9.1. The Organiser may amend these Terms. A new version takes effect when published at itccs-ukraine.org. Participants are notified of material changes by email.
